Practice Manager

The Practice Manager heads up our Management team to ensure we deliver the highest quality service to our patients and is a keen advocate for the Patient Participation Group.

HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of the team whilst ensuring we have the correct processes in place for recruitment and investigations along with ensuring the team are protected, happy and provide a high level of service to our patients.

Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient services.

Reception and Admin Manager

The Reception and Admin Manager heads up our non-clinical teams to ensure we deliver the highest quality service by maintaining a high attention to detail and professional standards when engaging with our patients.

Reception and Administration Team

Our Reception and Administration Team is the first point of contact for patients. They handle appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our practice.

Pharmacy Team

The Pharmacy Team is responsible for managing medication dispensation and providing essential pharmaceutical services. They work closely with our medical staff to ensure patients receive accurate and timely prescriptions, along with advice on medication management.

The Practice Secretaries support our medical staff by managing correspondence, maintaining patient records, and coordinating between different departments. Their organizational skills are crucial in keeping our practice’s administrative functions in order.
