Training

GP Trainees

Highcliffe Medical Centre is a training practice.  We regularly have GP Trainees working closely with the Doctors and practice team.

You can book appointments with GP trainees who are supervised by their trainers Dr Zelda Cheng and Dr Lucy Godwin.

Medical Students

As a committed training practice we also regularly have medical students from Southampton University Hospital. These students are at different stages in their medical training . With your permission they will sit in on consultations with the Doctors and clinical team. The fourth year medical students are with the practice for a period of 8 weeks. It is extremely important that we allow medical students to try General Practice as part of their training to encourage them to choose General Practice as their future careers.
