Book face-to-face or telephone appointments with your GP, nurse or clinician at a time that suits you.
Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online
security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve
earnt.

Booking an Appointment
To book an appointment, telephone the main surgery number: 01425 272 203. Our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday between 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. After which your call automatically diverts to the emergency out-of-hours team.
Appointments with doctors are available to book from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays and we offer an extended service for working patients until 7.15 pm on each weekday. Nurse appointments are available weekdays from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm.
There are a number of appointments available each day that can be booked on line. If you wish to register for the on-line booking service please contact the surgery for further information.
We offer a range of different appointment options:
Children’s walk in clinic
This walk in service is temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 Pandemic - Please phone 01425 272203 to arrange for your child to be seen ot to speak to a member of the Clinical Team
Doctor Consultations
All our face to face doctor appointments are 10 minute appointments. Appointments can be booked in advance or via the triage system
Book ahead appointments
We offer a certain number of appointments that are prebookable up to six weeks in advance with a preferred doctor (subject to availability).
Telephone appointments
If you wish to discuss a matter with your doctor that does not necessarily need a 10 minute face to face consultation all doctors offer prebooked telephone appointments and on the day telephone appointments
Practice Nurse appointments
All Practice Nurse appointments are prebookable in advance and the appointment length varies depending upon the procedure your appointment is for.
We do not hold specific clinics here at Highcliffe but you can book appointments for disease management i.e. Asthma, COPD, Diabetes as well as ear syringing immunisations/vaccinations, smears, dopplers, Blood pressures, medication reviews and travel advice and innoculations.
Urgent medical problems
Urgent Medical conditions are dealt with as soon as they are apparent, according to need
Medical Emergencies
We advise that you Dial 999 in the event of life-threatening emergencies, such as:
- chest pain
- collapse
- possible stroke
- heavy bleeding
- severe breathlessness
- injuries possibly resulting in broken bones or concussion
999 triggers an immediate paramedic response and can be life saving.
