We’re very sorry to let patients know that, due to unexpected staff shortages, we are currently without a phlebotomist and are unable to offer routine blood test appointments at this time.
We know how important blood tests are for monitoring and managing your health, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption this may cause. This situation has arisen unexpectedly due to staff sickness, and we are doing everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We are still offering blood test appointments, but please be aware that current demand means waiting times are longer than usual. Our team will be contacting patients with upcoming appointments to cancel or rearrange where necessary.
